Marcella LeBeau Elementary

Marcella LeBeau Elementary, Sioux Falls’s newest elementary school, is currently under way. We broke ground on this project in September of 2023. This new elementary school is being constructed near George McGovern Middle School to accommodate the immense growth in the northwest part of Sioux Falls as existing schools are beginning to reach capacity. We’re on track to have this project completed in time for the 2025 school year.

As the general contractor for this project, we are managing all phases of construction, from site preparation to final inspections. We’re also self-performing much of the work including dirtwork, concrete, structural steel installation, and carpentry.
