Located on the north side of Sioux Falls, Outdoor Gear is a 54,251 square-foot metal building with a Varco Pruden SSR Roof System. It is composed of 48,498 square feet of warehouse space and 5,753 square feet of office space with a Nichiha siding exterior.

This building was named a 2024 Varco Pruden Hall of Fame winner in the Warehouse category. VP’s Hall of Fame Awards are presented annually to builders whose work reflects innovation and excellence through thoughtful integration of VP building systems, overall design, appearance and end use.
