The Les Schwab Tire Center, an exciting addition to Sioux Falls, was completed in the spring of 2024 and opened in May. This approximately 11,700 square foot building was built on a previously undeveloped lot near the intersection of East Arrowhead and Veterans Parkway. Designed to cater to the growing needs of the city’s east-side residents, the automotive center features eight service bays, a spacious retail showroom, a tire warehouse, and a second-floor storage space, providing comprehensive services and products under one roof.

This location marks the first Les Schwab Tire Center to open in Sioux Falls, as part of the automotive company’s strategic expansion into the Midwest. Les Schwab’s entry into Sioux Falls is a testament to our community’s continuing growth.

Empire Building Construction took on this project as the concrete and steel contractor. Our role entailed the construction of a concrete slab on grade, flatwork, steel roof framing, metal decking, and single-ply roofing. As with every project, our team displayed a commitment to craftsmanship and dedicated careful attention to detail.
