Johnson Feed Roofing

One of our recently completed projects is this large re-roofing job on the Johnson Feed building in north Sioux Falls. This project entailed removing the old rusted sheeting from the roof and replacing it with new sheets. We replaced the entire roof of their 24,700 square foot shop. With proper installation and adequate ventilation, metal roofs typically don’t require much maintenance. They are designed to last 30-50 years depending on the climate conditions in your area like sun, snow, and hail.

We completed this project while the building was still occupied and in use. In order to accomplish this safely, we coordinated with the occupants to block off the areas over which we were working. This careful planning and clear communication ensured that the re-roofing process did not disrupt the day-to-day business activities of Johnson Feed. By working closely with our clients and understanding their needs, we were able to provide much-needed building maintenance efficiently and effectively.
