Empire proudly completed its first multi-family development, the 29 Flats Townhomes, after over three years of dedicated work. Named for its location at the intersection of I-29 and I-229 in Sioux Falls, this project is a testament to Empire’s expertise and versatility in the construction industry.

Phase 1 consisted of two buildings with 45 units, ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, completed in 2023. Phase 2, with 5 buildings totaling 55 units, reached final completion in the summer of 2024.
