DEX: Dakota Events CompleX

Located at the South Dakota State Fairgrounds in Huron South Dakota, the DEX is a 148,000 square foot livestock and equestrian facility capable of hosting local and national events with seating for 5,000 spectators.

This building was named a 2024 Varco Pruden Hall of Fame winner in the Recreation category. VP’s Hall of Fame Awards are presented annually to builders whose work reflects innovation and excellence through thoughtful integration of VP building systems, overall design, appearance and end use. Empire is thrilled to be honored with this award, and we look forward to extending our award-winning expertise to more builds in the years to come.
