Autoland
We used a PEMB to design and build a visually appealing sales floor and shop for this project. A variety of Varco Pruden products were used including the gable roof entrances, roof structure, columns, and stud-framed walls, which were designed to accommodate the large amounts of glass and EIFS exterior finish.
Dakota Events CompleX (DEX)
We designed this over 148,000 square foot metal building with primarily dirt floors and no interior columns. It’s used as an equestrian and livestock event center at the South Dakota State Fairgrounds, and it can hold up to 5,000 people. This building was also a Varco Pruden Hall of Fame Winner in 2024.

JDS Industries
This 323,805 square foot building consists of both warehouse and office space. A Varco Pruden metal building with precast walls, this structure is another great example of the endless building options available with the use of PEMBs.

OGI Warehouse
A 2024 Varco Pruden Hall of Fame Winner, the OGI warehouse and office building is a PEMB with a Standing Seam Roof System. We were able to seamlessly incorporate a stylized modern front design without sacrificing any of the structural and functional benefits.
Avera Human Performance Center
Empire supplied and erected the PEMB for this stunning project, which showcases the impressive versatility and complexity you can get out of a metal building. Several different exterior finishes were used on this building, including horizontal insulated metal panels, formed metal panels, metal composite panels, glass wall systems, and an SSR System. This build was a Varco Pruden Hall of Fame Winner in 2019.
