Text Messaging Terms

Please read these terms carefully before agreeing to receive text messages from Empire Building Construction, LLC (“Empire,” “we,” “us”).
Program Description
Empire Work Texts is our employee text messaging program. We send work-related text messages from (833) 370-7205 to employees who have agreed to receive them. Messages may include:
- Monthly company truck mileage requests and reminders
- Company and team announcements
- Schedule and safety notices
- A weekly reminder to crew leaders (payroll and Toolbox Talks)
- A weekly safety driving report for truck drivers
We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we only text current employees.
How to Opt In
Employees opt in by signing Empire’s Work Text Message Consent Form, which HR keeps on file. Agreeing is optional and does not affect your employment.
Message Frequency and Cost
Message frequency varies, usually 2 to 12 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You may also ask HR to remove you.

Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
