This privacy policy explains how Empire Building Construction, LLC (“Empire,” “we,” “us”) handles information for our employee text messaging program, Empire Work Texts, sent from (833) 370-7205.

In Short: only what we need to send you work texts.

- Your mobile phone number
- The date you agreed to receive texts
- The replies you send to our messages (for example, a truck mileage reading, YES/NO answers, STOP or HELP)
How We Use Your Information
In Short: to send work texts, never for marketing.
We use this information only to send you work-related text messages, to record your replies, and to honor STOP and HELP requests.
How We Get Your Consent
Employees opt in by signing Empire’s Work Text Message Consent Form. HR records the date you agreed. Agreeing is optional and does not affect your employment.
Do We Share Your Information?
In Short: no.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use a text messaging service provider only to deliver our messages, and it may not use your information for any other purpose.
How We Keep Your Information Safe
Access to employee phone numbers is limited to the office staff who run the program.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message, or tell HR. We will stop texting you and note the opt-out in our records. Reply HELP for help.

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
