AVAILABLE JOBS

Concrete Wall & Flatwork Professionals

We are looking for experienced Concrete Wall and Flatwork Professionals to help us with our commercial projects, foundations, and floors.

Duties Include:

  • Build and assemble a combination of wood and metal forms.
  • Set forms to proper elevation and location.
  • Install reinforcing steel.
  • Pour and place concrete in footings and walls.

A majority of projects are in or around Sioux Falls, however some travel should be expected. You would be home every weekend. Any hotel/lodging would be paid for by us. You would be paid a daily per diem as well as travel time.

Our current concrete division has around 10-15 personnel. We have several riding trowels, a 3D teleboom laser screed, a smaller 2-wheel laser screed, and a 3D laser grader attachment for our skidloader, among many other tools in our arsenal.

This position will have ample opportunities for growth and advancement.

Compensation: $20-30 Hourly (based on experience)

Steel Erectors/Metal Building Assemblers

We’re hiring steel erectors with 2+ years of metal building experience. As a Varco Pruden metal building dealer, we’ve built several hundred buildings over the years. We also do conventional steel, bar joist, deck, etc. Currently, we have 4 cranes, a dozen manlifts, 7 telehandlers, and a variety of other equipment. When it comes to erection, we’re very innovative, and we’ve developed many proprietary tools and methods to improve quality and efficiency.

This position will have ample opportunities for growth and advancement.

Compensation: $20-30 Hourly (based on experience)

Professional Finish Carpenters

Currently seeking Professional Finish Carpenters to join our team. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about their craft, have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing all aspects of finish carpentry work, including installing trim, doors, cabinets, and other finishes
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
  • Working collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Ensuring all work meets industry standards and building codes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finish carpentry
  • Proficiency in a variety of carpentry tools and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Automotive/Construction Equipment Mechanic

We’re accepting applications for a shop technician and mechanic. Responsibilities include servicing our company vehicles and heavy equipment, as well as small equipment and tools. In addition to our construction equipment, you’ll have the chance to work on some classic cars. Applicants should be well-rounded in their experience and not afraid to tackle oddball jobs.

Compensation: $20-30 Hourly (based on experience)

General Construction Laborers

We are currently looking for general labors to help build our buildings, pour concrete, complete demo work, and other miscellaneous tasks. Applicants should be in good physical shape and capable of lifting 60lbs without issue. Must have work boots, jeans or work pants, and warm clothes for winter conditions. Some travel may be required.

Compensation: $18-22 Hourly (based on experience)

CDL Truck Driver

The position entails hauling equipment and materials to and from job sites using a company vehicle. You will have ample opportunities for growth and advancement if desired.

Applicant requirements:

  • Class A CDL with Airbrakes and Combination endorsements (or be willing to get one)
  • Clean driving record
  • Willingness to jump in and help fulfill needs wherever necessary

Equipment Operator

Excellent opportunity to work for a great company with lots of opportunity for advancement. Minimum 3 years of sitework operator experience required.

Must have extensive experience with the following:

  • Running equipment such as pay loaders, skid loaders, excavators, dozers, motor graders, dump trucks, semi/side dump, etc.
  • General site prep, excavation, grading, site utilities, demolition, etc.

Welder

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal structures and components for our various construction projects. This role requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks on steel structures and components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Use welding equipment, such as MIG, TIG, and stick welders, to join metal parts
  • Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
  • Maintain and repair welding equipment as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
